quickly and professionally.
Shipping costs and Delivery times
Delivery times and Shipping costs will communicate from Gromis
Food Staff only after an order. Delivery times and Shipping
costs change for different world's areas.
In this case we will inform you
via e-mail on the presumed date of availability and you might
decide to wait and confirm the order, or to renounce to purchase.
Damage to merchandise
If, at the moment of delivery, the package shows any signs
of mishandling or damage which might effect the merchandise,
the customer must indicate his observations on the waybill
presented by the courier.
Payments of custom duties
Where applicable, customs duties will be advanced by the courier
and paid by the customer at the moment of delivery.
Other customs obligations
Other customs obligations, such as the preparation and presentation
of documentation, will be completed by the courier at no charge.
No additional documentation is necessary.
